I am a new initiate of the Jade Goddess Taoist practice.
This weekend we learned 6 healing sounds for the organs.

For the Kidneys:
Smile inwardly with love to your kidneys.
Breathe in the colour blue, and gentleness, calmness.
breathe out chooooooo, the colour black, and fear, coldness.

For the Liver:
Smile inwardly with love to your liver.
Breathe in emerald green, and kindness, generosity.
Breathe out shhhhhh, the colour brown, and anger, greed.

For the Spleen:
Smile inwardly with love to your spleen.
Breathe in the colour gold, and openess, fairness.
Breathe out hooohhh (gutteral), dirty yellow, and anxiety.

For the Heart:
Smile inwardly with love to your heart.
Breathe in bright red, and joy, compassion.
Breathe out haaaaaa, dirty red, and impatience, apathy.

For the Lungs:
Smile inwardly with love to your lungs.
Breathe in white light, and courage, self-confidence.
Breathe out the colour grey, and depression, sadness.

For the final clearing:
Breathe in a crystal clear light, washing through you, with love for your whole body as a sacred temple.
Breathe out shhhhheeeeee (breathy, no voice).
